2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and iDEAL. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

All listed prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of ordering is binding.

4. Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Consumer Law)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Consumers in the United Kingdom have a similar 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our voluntary 30-day return period exceeds this statutory minimum. 7. Warranty

We provide the statutory conformity warranty in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code. If a product does not conform to the agreement, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund. Consumers in the United Kingdom are protected by their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
