Welcome to Winsleyco. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, the use of our services, and the purchase of our products. By visiting our website, viewing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Winsleyco

Winsleyco is an online clothing store for women's fashion and is operated from the Netherlands. Our store is available at winsleyco.com.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, as shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

3. Prices

For customers in the Netherlands, prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT. Customers in the United Kingdom see prices in British pounds (GBP), and customers in the United States in US dollars (USD); any US import duties or levies are not included in the price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of ordering is binding.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States via PostNL (in the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail, and in the United States, USPS or UPS). Order deadline: 17:00 (CET/CEST), and for the United States 11:00 (Eastern Time). The processing time is 1 - 2 days (Monday through Friday). 6. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumer law)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Consumers in the United Kingdom have a similar 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our voluntary 30-day right of return exceeds this statutory minimum. 7. Warranty

We provide a statutory conformity guarantee in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code. If a product does not conform to the agreement, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund. For consumers in the United Kingdom, statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Winsleyco and protected by copyright. Nothing may be reproduced or used without express written permission.

9. Liability

Winsleyco is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR).

11. Complaints procedure and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

For complaints, you can contact us at info@winsleyco.com. We aim to address your complaint within 14 days. The European ODR platform was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can contact the Disputes Committee (degeschillencommissie.nl) or, in the case of cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre Netherlands (ECC-Net): eccnederland.nl.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Utrecht district, unless the law provides otherwise.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.
